Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you will not be able to make an appointment, but as a courtesy to our other clients, please give us 48 hours notice and we can amend your booking.
Late cancellations, (less than 48 hours before your appointment) will be charged at 50% of the total price of the booked treatment.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount.
If you need to cancel please send a message to 07859 778 445 to give us as much notice as possible.
Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
If we can fill your vacant appointment time, you will not be charged for the service.
Hair
Your hair will be towel dried at the end of your treatment but not completely dried or styled. It is advised to bring a clip/band if needed to put your hair up afterwards if you have long hair. When the weather is colder, maybe bring a hat/scarf to stay warm. You can purchase a hair towel from us for an extra charge if required.
NB - as we need full access to your scalp, we are unable to perform a head spa if you have extensions or tapes. There is also the risk of our oils melting the bonds. Come and see us in between having them redone.
One person at a time
We can only do one person at a time. You can book straight after each other with a gap in-between for sanitising. You are welcome to wait in the waiting room, or there are lots of coffee shops nearby, as well as the Leicester Museum & Art Gallery on New Walk.
There is chargeable on street car parking close to the Clinic. PaybyPhone location number 807399 on Princess Road West. There are other streets close by with paid parking also. Please give yourself time to find suitable parking.
